How do you run a skins competition?

 

 

 

Usually not everyone participates in the skins competition, so Tournament Manager lets you indicate which golfers will participate. 

To include a golfer in the skins competition, click Main menu, select 3. Manage and double-click the golfer to bring up his/her information. On the Tournament Info tab in the Report Flag field, type S (or any flag you wish to use) and click Save. 

To include multiple golfers at one time, click Main menu, select 3. Manage and check the box to the left of the name of the desired golfers and click on the yellow pencil (under the Main Menu). In the Report Flag field, type S (or any flag you wish to use) and click Save.


The report flags allow for multiple selection criteria. For example, if you have players that wish to participate in Gross skins &/or Net skins, mark the Report Flag field with G for gross skins, N for net, and GN for both. 

 

To show Gross Skins report:

  1. Click Main menu, select 6. Results and choose  2a. Skins and/or Deuces - Gross 

  2. Click the Filter tab and type G in the Report Flag box...since you only want players with a G in reports flag. You can also indicate particular flights, men, ladies, or only players who played to appear on the report.

  3. Click View Report button and only golfers with a G report flag appear in the Gross skins report.


To show Net Skins report:

  1. Click Main menu, select 6. Results and choose  2b. Skins - Net 

  2. Click the Filter tab and type N in the Report Flag box...since you only want players with an N in reports flag. You can also indicate particular flights, men, ladies, or only players who played to appear on the report.

  3. Click View Report button and only golfers with a N report flag appear in the Net skins report.
