Tournament Manager (Help Desk)

I know I can "pop" a scorecard for an individual player and I know I can show a "team" handicap number on the scorecard. If I create a "Gross Team Score" line on the scorecard can I "pop" the team handicap per hole? Or do I have to create a fictitious third player for a two player team and use the team handicap for that player?

Can I adjust the handicap strokes for any given hole - e.g. limit to strokes for a PAR 3 hole to one (1) stroke only and then move that handicap stroke to another hole?
